Michael & Kjerstin CiociolaDistrict Music Director
Michael D. Ciociola is currently the Music Minister at Calvary Christian Center in Yuba City.  There he serves his father, Michael A. Ciociola, who has been the senior pastor since December 1, 1991.

Michael D. Ciociola graduated from Capital Bible College, Sacramento, in 1997 and was licensed in October of the same year.

At Calvary, Pastor Michael directs the annual Memorial Day Tribute, A Grateful Nation Remembers.  Attended by over 4,000 veterans, it is proclaimed as the largest gathering for veterans on the west coast during the Memorial Day weekend.

He also directs the widely attended annual Christmas play as well as various illustrated sermons and drama events throughout the year.  Some of his favorite illustrated sermons include, “The Atonement” and “Hell — Don’t Go There.” Aside from leading worship during Sunday services, he also oversees the Fine Arts Department including: Raise the Praise Adult Choir, Youth Choir, Orchestra, Vocal Ensemble, and various Worship Team Outreaches.

Michael fills the District position left vacant when Mark Carlson resigned to move back to the Northwest District to begin a church in Maple Valley.  We are excited to have this young man serve as our Music Director and we believe he will be a catalyst bringing music pastors and leaders together as well as assisting in District gatherings.

Welcome, Michael and Kjerstin to the District Resource Center family.
