Welcome Anna, to our District Women's Ministries Prayer Network site. We are so grateful that you are taking the time to pray for the needs of the Women's Ministries department, the pastors in our district and urgent needs. As you stand in the gap for others, we pray that your church, family and personal needs will be met. We serve a God that is more than enough.

In one of our Anna Newsletter a few months ago, we requested prayer for Jeanette White who had been diagnosed with breast cancer, two large tumors. After prayer and only two treatments of chemo, doctor’s could not feel the tumors and blood work showed no cancer cells in her body, a second mamo was taken and the tumors are completely gone. This is total MIRACLE! Praise God!
We Thank God for Your Prayers!
We have been so encouraged by the prayers of so many congregations and dear friends around the country! Now, after completing six 3-day cycles of chemotherapy since last October, we have received the wonderful news that some of the lung cancer is gone and the main concentrations are down about half. The oncologist is so pleased with the progress that he is continuing the chemotherapy through the month of March! Praise God! We believe that more than medicine is going on! As with many cancer patients, I have lost my hair. I am with one of the nurses in the chair where I receive my chemo at the Mercy Cancer Center—an extension of the University of California at Davis—in Merced. In my lap is a manuscript I am writing on the Book of Revelation during this time when I can’t be out preaching.Medically speaking, the doctors tell me they’ll never get all of the cancer but will continue to monitor me over these next years. But that doesn’t take into account the miraculous power of God. We’re believing God for a total healing! A very special thanks for those who have blessed us with love offerings through this difficult time when I can’t be out preaching.
May God bless you for your prayers! Please keep praying!—David & Barbara Womack.

The leadership team of the district's Women's Ministries department is inviting all constituents of the District to join them again in praying for the needs of churches within specific sections. The team is currently praying for the North Capital & North San Joaquin Sections.
