Claims reporting: please call Church Mutual at 1-800-554-2642 and press option 2 for claims. Have your account number available when you call. You will be asked for a police report number (if applicable), all contact information, etc. Please have as much information as you can at the time of your call.  This will help the claim go smoother and faster.
