About Sterling Volunteers

The District has established a contract with Sterling Volunteers specifically for our churches. In order to keep the background fees as low as possible, the District has assumed the role of administrating the account. Any questions or changes on your account should be directed through the District’s Minor Safety Team by emailing minorsafety@agncn.org.

How can I confirm or change the administrator for our church?

How do I send an invitation to a new volunteer to be screened?

• Log into your church’s Sterling Volunteer account

• Click the Communications Tab

• Select “Send Invitation” dropdown

Pastoral Interview

Is the Senior/Lead Pastor required to conduct the interview or can that be assigned to another staff pastor or administrator?

District Affiliated churches are required to have the Appointed Senior/Lead Pastor conduct all volunteer interviews.

Where do I send the completed Pastoral Interview Form?

Pastoral Interview Forms can be emailed to minorsafety@agncn.org, faxed or mailed to the District Office: Attn: Minor Safety.
