Volunteering at a District Event and need to be Live Scanned?

Download the Request For Live Scan form (below) and take it to a local Live Scan operator to be fingerprinted. To find an operator near you, go to https://oag.ca.gov/fingerprints/locations, scroll to the bottom, locate your county, and a list will be provided for you.

Once you have been scanned, scan or take a picture of the completed form and email it to legaldept@agncn.org.
