Where Are The Esthers? Where Are The Moses?
By: Dr. Samuel Huddleston
In Exodus 3:19 God says to Moses,”but I know that the king of Egypt WILL NOT let you go UNLESS, a mighty hand (Gods hand) compels him.”
Exodus 4:21b,”I will harden his (Pharaoh) heart so that he WILL NOT let the people go.”
So the first thing we see in the life of Esther and Moses as well is,
God is in control.
There is submission.
Preparation for the task.
Esther & Moses offer who they are.
There is fear. Moses had it (Exodus 3:14, who am I?)
Esther was fearful as well, 4:16 “And if I perish, I perish.”
This is us during this pandemic, may I remind you;
God is in control.(He is guiding us, he is guiding YOU my friend.
He still requires us to submit to his will.(even if we don’t like it.)
We are prepared for this moment in history.
God only wants who we are.
He understands our fear.
Many of you have said, I’m staying where God has called me to serve and, ”if I perish, I perish.” I’m all in.
They remained FAITHFUL to the call of God on their lives. Because in the storm all the Esthers came forth and stood their ground.
In the midst of this pandemic God has raised up leaders today, men and women who know what time it is. They know what is going on in the spiritual world. They understand what’s going on around them, and they know what to do and are willing to do it. Esthers:
See the harvest.
They know God has called them.
They know who the real enemy is.
They don’t fight each other.
They understand sacrifice.
They are people of prayer.
They know the time is short.
They are not distracted.
