Welcome to the website of the Assemblies of God, Northern California Nevada District. I am delighted you are taking time to become informed about our fellowship.

There are over 450 churches comprising over 129,000 adherents in our district. We stretch from Smith River to King City; from San Francisco to Wells, NV; from Yreka, California to Boulder City, Nevada. These churches are vibrant congregations that are multicultural and include 20 different language groups.

We are a fellowship that values the proclamation of God’s Word. Visit any of the 450 churches and you will be treated to a biblically based message with practical applications to your daily living. You will also find lively inspiring worship that combines elements of deep traditions with contemporary expressions.

The Assemblies of God has a 3 fold purpose:

• We minister to the Lord with our worship.

• We minister to the unchurched through evangelism.

• We minister to one another through our fellowship.

We have a wonderful relationship with our Heavenly Father. We desire that all mankind comes into the “forever family” of God through Jesus Christ. As believers we seek out growing bonds of friendship and commitment with one another.
